We apologize if you're not 100% satisfied with the merchandise you received. You can file a dispute within 14 days of receiving the package.
1.Specific instructions for product returns and exchanges
Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.
We do not offer FTC returns. Return costs (shipping and customs duties) are the customer's responsibility.
2. How to return or exchange products
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wholesalejoacii.com. We will respond to you within 2 business days. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If any order items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 30 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, or stones coming out. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.
Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.

3. Return and Exchange Process
Contact customer service email to register for return or exchange → Provide pictures of the returned product → Customer service confirms the return application → Send back the returned product → Return confirmation → Process refund or exchange
4. About Refunds
Our returns department will inspect and process the return within 7 business days of receiving it and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, our finance team will process your refund within 3 business days. Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation.
